Hi, I’m Kenzo!
I’m from Brazil, but I lived in Yamanashi, Japan, from the age of 5 to 10. When my younger sister was born prematurely, my family returned to Brazil, but the memories of Japan have always stayed with me.

I’ve loved cooking since I was a child. Watching my mother in the kitchen was so much fun, and her meals were always delicious. That’s what sparked my passion for food.

In 2018, with my father already in Japan, I had the opportunity to return. I first worked in a factory, then moved to Tokyo in 2020, where I still live today.

Besides cooking, I also enjoy drawing, watching movies, and playing volleyball.
