松本 実南 | Minami Matsumoto

I was born in Hiroshima and raised in Yokohama. I majored in nutrition at university, and during four years of part-time work at a restaurant, I discovered the joy and depth of the food and beverage industry. After graduating, I decided to pursue it as my career.

My life theme is “Delivering love through food.”
My favorite beers are an ice-cold draft with glossy foam served in a thin glass, and the one I sip while cooking in the kitchen.

On my days off, I love taking drives to places where I can see the ocean. My secret talent? Catching super balls.
