水口 遊 | Yu Minakuchi

I was born in Osaka and grew up in Yokohama, with a father who traveled the world photographing marine animals and a mother who ran a café, making sweets with organic fruits and vegetables.
While studying at art school in high school, I traveled to Europe every year to visit museums, but over time, my journeys turned into café and bakery explorations.
During my first trip to Europe, I baked bread and made soup at places like Gontran Cherrier and Rose Bakery.
My long-time dream is to visit Rosendals Garden in Stockholm and a soup shop in the market in Helsinki.
