中井 慎二 | SHINJI NAKAI

Born in Nagahama, Shiga, and coming from a family of rice farmers, he developed a strong desire to work in the food and beverage industry. After graduating from university, he joined Starbucks, where he discovered a passion for coffee, which led him to move to Tokyo at the age of 27. Since then, he has primarily worked in the café industry, with a brief stay in Fukuoka.

Currently, he is gaining various experiences with the goal of opening his own café in his hometown.
